EICC 2026 Budapest!

After 20 years, the European Individual Closed Championship will be held in Hungary again!

We recently received official confirmation from the ESF that Budapest will host the EICC 2026. We last hosted the European Championship in 2006, so we are very happy that this prestigious European tournament has come to our country again after two decades. The date could not be more perfect, as it coincides exactly with one of our biggest national holidays, and of course we will take advantage of it!

PSA Satellite in Budapest

The first round will be held on September 13th at the Star Squash Club, exclusively for Ladies.

National squash player Kiss-Máté Csenge is organizing the event to revitalize women’s squash, in which also national squash player Linda Szécsi-Páj and her club are happy to participate.

Hungarian and foreign players can participate in the competition, no competition license is required, PSA members can collect valuable points in the world rankings. Registration and further details from Csenge at kmcsenge1995@gmail.com or on this page

It is expected that two more Satellite competitions will take place in 2025, where a men’s category will also start.
